Their Legionella Testing Service

For the past 5 years, they certainly have changed the face of legionella testing in the UK. Here is how their testing service works:

• First, they will send you the kit.
• Second, fill the bottles and complete the “Courier Pick Up Request” sheet. Fax them this sheet, they’ll organize, and you pay the courier costs.
• Third, the filled bottles and request sheet are placed into the courier bag.
• Fourth, the courier will take the samples to their laboratory for analysis.
• Fifth, the results sheet will interpret the bacteria levels. When the result is poor, they will suggest what remedial actions are necessary. They will also send the result certificate out to your Office or direct to your client.
• Sixth, their database will be updated with the results. Your clients will also have a password so they can view their own analysis certificates online.
• Lastly, they will remind you through email or fax if your next tests are due.
